  • Customers may retain the damaged or incorrect product without returning it. This helps avoid high shipping costs while we resolve your issue efficiently.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

  • No Cash Refunds: We process payments through an irreversible payment gateway. As a result, we do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.
  • Store Credit: Instead, we provide a 44% coupon valid for a single product in our store. This coupon must be used within 8 days of issuance.
  • Limitations: We do not offer coupons to the same customer for more than three returns due to dissatisfaction. This policy encourages customers to be aware of their choices before confirming their orders.

  • 4. Strict Guidelines 

    • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check product listings for details.

    5. Address Accuracy

    • Disputes arising from incorrect or unsafe shipping addresses will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate and complete shipping information prior to placing your order.
